    We will do our best to get your order out as fast as possible.  After we review your order, we will send an e-mail letting you know your order is being processed. You will also receive and e-mail once your order has been shipped.

 

    For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via PayPal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering.

 

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and you can pay through PayPal.

 

    We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  A fee of $3.00 will be added to your order with $0.25 more for every item added for Alabama residences and $0.50 more for every item added for customers outside the state of Alabama.  Shipping is free for orders of $150.00 or more. It will be deducted automatically at checkout.  We do not ship out of the country at this time.

 

    A 6% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to Alabama residences only.

 

    If you are looking for a color not listed or a theme we don't have, just send us a message from the "Contact" page and we'll do our best to get it for you!  We are always interested in new ideas in order to come up with new styles to offer.

 

    We are committed to providing a quality product that will last a long time.  The ribbon ends are sealed to prevent fraying and we use the best attachments we can find.  If you have a problem with your bows for any reason please don't hesitate to contact us.
